Q: How do I update personal information that I submitted when I registered for the VIP Players Club?

A: Go to the VIP Players Club and log in with your current email address and password. Then click on "My Profile" to make changes to your personal information. Click on "Save Changes" when you’re finished.

Q: Can I change the email address that I use to log in?

A: Yes. Log in using your old email address and password. Then go to "My Profile" and change the email address where indicated. Click on "Save Changes" when you’re finished.

Q: I typed my email address incorrectly and I’m not able to log in. What should I do?

A: If you can’t remember the email address you used to register for the VIP Players Club, please contact the Pennsylvania Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 to determine the correct email address. Do not create a new account with a new email address because all previously-entered ticket information will remain linked to the old email address. Entry data will not be transferred if you create a new account.

Q: What should I do if I can’t remember my password?

A: Retrieve your VIP Players Club password.
To make sure you receive the email, add [email protected] to your address book or safe senders list to ensure our messages are delivered directly to your inbox.

Q. My password is not being accepted when I try to log in. What’s wrong?

A: Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure you enter your password just as you did when registering for the VIP Players Club.

Q: What should I do if I encounter a problem with the Double Dip Second-Chance Drawing website?

A: Click on Help to submit your question or problem. We will assist you via return email. The more details you can provide about your problem, the better chance we will have of quickly resolving the problem.

Questions About Entries and Tickets

Q: What tickets are eligible for entry into the Double Dip Second-Chance Drawing?

A: Any winning or non-winning PICK 2, PICK 3, PICK 4, PICK 5, Cash 5 with Quick Cash, Treasure Hunt, Match 6, Cash4Life®, Powerball®, or Mega Millions® ticket purchased between Tuesday, July 12, 2022 and Thursday, August 25, 2022 is eligible.

Q: Can I enter the Double Dip Second-Chance Drawing more than one time?

A: Yes, you may enter a drawing as many times as you wish. However, each entry requires the use of a qualifying, non-winning ticket that has not yet been submitted.

Q: How can I be sure that my Internet entry has been submitted?

A: A record of your entries appears on the My Entries page. If you see the entry there, you can be assured that it is in the system.

Q: What happens if I submit my entry after the Double Dip Second-Chance Drawing deadline?

A: It is not possible to submit entries after the entry deadline on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET).

Q: Can I throw away my tickets after they've been submitted into the Double Dip Second-Chance Drawing?

A: Yes. You are no longer required to submit your tickets to Lottery Headquarters in order to claim a prize. You may dispose of your tickets after verifying that your entry has been submitted.

Q: Can I mail in my entries?

A: No. Only internet entries received at the Double Dip Second-Chance Drawing website are eligible.

Q: What are my chances of winning a Double Dip Second-Chance Drawing prize?

A: There are no set chances. Your chance of winning each second-chance drawing varies based on the total number of entries received for the entry period and the total number of entries that you have submitted.

Q: How do I find out if I have been selected as a Double Dip Second-Chance Drawing prize winner?

A: All prize winners will be notified directly by the Pennsylvania Lottery via email. Drawing winners will also be posted at palottery.com as soon as they are available, as well as on the Winners page of this website.

ERROR MESSAGES

Error Message What It Means
This ticket does not qualify for any current promotions. The ticket submitted is a valid ticket, however it does not qualify for any currently running promotions or there are no promotions running.
This ticket has already been submitted for a promotion. You are trying to enter a ticket that is already credited to an entry account. Please check the list of entries you have submitted to verify. A ticket cannot be submitted more than once.
The ticket you submitted is not valid. Please check the numbers and try again.

For security purposes, your account will be locked for one (1) hour after six (6) unsuccessful ticket entry attempts.
The entry system cannot validate the ticket. It may be because it is an ineligible ticket or an error was made when entering the Official Entry Code of an eligible ticket.
You have exceeded the maximum number of unsuccessful entry attempts. You may try again in one (1) hour. After submitting six (6) consecutive entries that are not recognized as qualified entries, the entry system prevents you from entering tickets for in one (1) hour. This security feature prevents individuals from submitting numbers and letters at random either manually or mechanically in an attempt to match eligible entry information.
Official Entry Codes do not include any vowels (A, E, I, O, U). Please check your Official Entry Code and try again. You are trying to submit an Official Entry Code that includes a vowel such as an "O" instead of a "0" (zero) for example.
Your entry has been accepted. Your entry has been successfully validated.
