Q: How do I update personal information that I submitted when I registered for the VIP Players Club?

A: Go to the VIP Players Club and log in with your current email address and password. Then click on “My Profile” to make changes to your personal information. Click on “Save Changes” when you're finished.

Q: Can I change the email address that I use to log in?

A: Yes. Log in using your old email address and password. Then go to “My Profile” and change the email address where indicated. Click on “Save Changes” when you're finished.

Q: I typed my email address incorrectly and I'm not able to log in. What should I do?

A: If you can't remember the email address you used to register for the VIP Players Club, please contact the Pennsylvania Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 to determine the correct email address. Do not create a new account with a new email address because all previously entered ticket information will remain linked to the old email address. Entry data will not be transferred if you create a new account.

A: Retrieve your VIP Players Club password.
