Francisco said he plans to move to Pennsylvania soon.

“The process hasn’t been easy during COVID-19,” he said.

In May of 2020, while he was visiting the Keystone State to look for a new home, he logged on to play the PA Lottery online.

“I felt joy! I told my friends first,” he said. “My prize went to my son.”

Francisco added that all parts of winning the PA Lottery are the best and said Spring Cascade is another favorite of his.
