Coupon Promotional Rules

1. Promotion: The Pennsylvania Lottery (hereinafter, “the Lottery”) will conduct a February and March 2021 iLottery to Fast Play Game Promotion (hereafter, “the Promotion”), in which players who complete requirements related to the Promotion can receive one or more coupons for the Lottery’s Instant Games or Fast Play Games.
2. Qualifying games: Only the CLOVERED IN CA$H online game shall be eligible for the Promotion.
3. Promotion description and requirements:

                        (a)  The Promotion is designed to provide a reward to players who wager the required amount on the eligible game during each promotional period.

                        (b)  The Coupons shall be delivered and redeemed as set forth herein.

                        (c)  A player can earn the Coupons described below during each promotional period.

                        (d)  There are four promotional periods.

                                    (1)  From 12:00 a.m: February 18, 2021 to 11:59 p.m., February 24, 2021.

                                                (i)   Players who wager $25 or more on CLOVERED IN CA$H online game will receive a Coupon for 1 FREE $5 “17” Fast Play ticket.

                                    (2)  From 12:00 a.m: February 25, 2021 to 11:59 p.m., March 3, 2021.

                                                (i)   Players who wager $25 or more on CLOVERED IN CA$H online game will receive a Coupon for 1 FREE $5 “17” Fast Play ticket.

                                    (3)  From 12:00 a.m: March 4, 2021 to 11:59 p.m., March 10, 2021.

                                                (i)   Players who wager $25 or more on CLOVERED IN CA$H online game will receive a Coupon for 1 FREE $5 “17” Fast Play ticket.

                                    (4)  From 12:00 a.m: March 11, 2021 to 11:59 p.m., March 17, 2021.

                                                (i)   Players who wager $25 or more on CLOVERED IN CA$H online game will receive a Coupon for 1 FREE $5 “17” Fast Play ticket.

                        (e)  To receive the coupons a qualifying player must be enrolled in iLottery Special Offer Emails or iLottery SMS Special Offers.  Player will receive the Coupons electronically, by either electronic mail or by SMS message, using the information provided in the qualifying player’s lottery account.

4. Determination of winners and prizes available to be won:

                        (a)  Prize entitlements described below are subject to all restrictions mentioned anywhere else in these rules, or as set forth in the PA iLottery Terms and Conditions and the PA iLottery Bonus Policy.

                        (b)  Coupons will be awarded to qualifying players who wagered according to the specific requirements of each promotional period on the eligible Online Games for that Promotional period.  

                        (c)  Coupons will be distributed to qualifying players based on the promotion periods:

                                    (1)  Coupons for the first promotional period will be sent no later than March 3, 2021.

                                    (2)  Coupons for the second promotional period will be sent no later than March 10, 2021.

                                    (3)  Coupons for the third promotional period will be sent no later than March 17, 2021.

                                    (4)  Coupons for the fourth promotional period will be sent no later than March 24, 2021.

                        (e)  Coupons shall be valued at $5.00 total, as described above, and may only be redeemed at a licensed Pennsylvania Lottery retailer.
